Maine Medical Center opened its $5.8 million, state-of-the-art medical simulation center at its Brighton Avenue campus. The facility replicates MMC's emergency unit, equipped with live gases and lifelike robotic mannequins, allowing hands-on training in trauma care for physicians, residents, nurses and students in the MMC-Tufts University School of Medicine.
