Bryan leads IT Operations at SMRT, bringing a grounded, service-oriented approach to the systems and support infrastructure that keep the firm running. Before joining SMRT, he held IT leadership roles at Cowan Systems and supported federal organizations including the White House Communications Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency, experience that shaped his instinct for building dependable systems under demanding conditions.
Bryan’s path to IT is anything but conventional. Earlier careers in youth social services and the U.S. Navy gave him a foundation in accountability, team-building, and showing up for the people who depend on you, qualities that translate directly into how he leads today.
