Melissa Flynn, PE – Andover Office Leader & Civil Engineer
Melissa has over 17 years of design experience as a civil engineer, with a distinguished track record in managing projects from initial design to permitting and construction administration. Her adept problem-solving skills will be essential in her new leadership role. Her active involvement in the Boston/New England Urban Land Institute underscores her commitment to shaping the future of our communities’ built environment.
Lura Wade, PE, RCDD, LEED AP – Bangor Office Leader & Senior Electrical Engineer
With over 15 years of electrical engineering and telecommunication experience, Lura has supported her clients and successfully managed projects for multiple building types in the commercial, technology, government, education, civic, and healthcare sectors. Her expertise in project management will be invaluable in her new role, ensuring the continued success of the Bangor office.
Lance Lowell, AIA, NCARB – Schenectady Office Leader & Project Architect
As a licensed architect, Lance brings over 13 years of proven leadership experience in managing federal, healthcare, and education projects across the northeast. His expertise in management and operations will be invaluable as he leads the Schenectady team. In addition to his newly expanded role, Lance serves as the firm-wide Building Information Technology (BIM) Manager, championing the integration of BIM tools to foster collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches within our architectural and engineering practices.
As office leaders, Melissa, Lura, and Lance will oversee office operations and administrative functions, identify key business development opportunities, ensure the implementation of firm and office goals, and foster a positive work environment.
