Bradley Baker

Bradley leads SMRT’s sustainability practice bringing more than 10 years of experience to the team. Bradley brings his knowledge and passion for innovative technologies and solutions to every project. He achieves forward-thinking results while balancing building performance and budget. He is a Certified Passive House Designer accredited by the Passive House Institute.

Bradley is responsible for maintaining SMRT’s AIA 2030 commitment and develops the benchmark sustainability information for our practice. He advocates for integrated design, early energy modeling and follows projects through all phases of design focusing on decarbonization. He establishes SMRT project workflows for energy modeling and sustainability and is unrelenting in his advocacy position for adopting best practice sustainability approaches.

Bradley has received multiple design awards, including a 2020 AIA Maine Design Award in the Unbuilt Category.
