Chuck has over 20 years of mechanical design and construction experience working on various project types across market sectors. His deep knowledge as a mechanical engineer includes designing high-performance, energy-efficient mechanical systems—including Net-Zero, LEED Platinum, and Passive House Certified projects. Beginning his career as a construction manager, Chuck gained an appreciation and aptitude for practical and uncomplicated solutions.
Chuck co-manages the mechanical engineering group as a team leader by coordinating and balancing talent resources with project timelines. He is also responsible for working with each team member on career development plans to support their continued growth.
