Aroma Joe’s, a rapidly growing coffee shop franchise, has invested in a new home for their corporate headquarters that reflects the energy and positivity of their identity and culture. Located in Scarborough, Maine, the new 8,480-square-foot workspace accommodates up to 50 employees and provides support to its growing franchise network.

Deploying a flexible, fully unassigned seating strategy, the workspace reimagines the future of work at Aroma Joe’s. Equipped with tech-enabled meeting rooms, lounge areas, ergonomic workstations, and quiet spaces for deep focus, the design caters to both in-office and remote staff and encapsulates a work environment tailored for the future. Dynamic workspaces range from informal settings like an onsite coffeehouse, where staff can connect over their favorite handcrafted Aroma Joe’s beverages, to a work café that opens to an outdoor patio, encouraging connection and collaboration in a relaxed setting.

Highlighting the importance of quality and innovation, the headquarters features a state-of-the-art Research and Development lab and a coffee-shop training center. This facility underscores Aroma Joe’s dedication to providing an inspiring and productive workspace that encourages growth, productivity, inclusion, and a strong sense of community.
