Since joining SMRT in 2001, Bradley has held several leadership and strategic growth-based positions within the firm. Bradley became President in 2024, and focuses squarely on meeting the needs of our clients, providing development opportunities for staff, and strategically positioning SMRT for continued growth.

Bradley also leads SMRT’s science, technology, and manufacturing practice, guiding a diverse team of A/E professionals dedicated to the lean and fast-track delivery of specialized research and clean manufacturing spaces for a wide range of private sector, not-for-profit, and academic clients. Bradley applies a forward-thinking approach to ensure the continued operation and flexibility of complex spaces and infrastructure, which positions clients to capitalize on future innovations.

Bradley has a passion for collaboratively seeking out solutions that fully articulate a client’s vision from initial programming through operational readiness. This careful stewardship is rooted in over 30 years of experience and a deep respect for budgets, speed to market, and the need to minimize business disruptions. For Bradley, a project’s success is built on listening, collaborating, creative problem-solving, and a willingness to delve into the finer details and complexities of a client’s needs.
