Rebecca Casey

A WELL-accredited architect, Becca is passionate about design that enhances the human experience. Naturally inclined to see the big picture and working collaboratively, Becca excels at finding opportunities for “and,” not “or” solutions. Balancing diverse client objectives with current regulations, data, trends, and the expertise of an interdisciplinary team, she has a history of shepherding each project towards high-performance designs that are flexible and functional. She incorporates the user’s needs and values into her work while integrating research-based concepts supporting health and wellness.

Over her nearly 30-year career, Becca’s experience includes projects ranging from community-based and medical office projects to acute care and psychiatric facilities. She has worked on projects of varying complexity, from renovations and additions to new hospitals and master planning.

In addition to her fulfilling work at SMRT, Becca serves on the board of GrowSmartMaine to help advance communities across her home state.
