With over 16 years of experience, Jeana leads SMRT’s workplace practice. Jeana is a nationally certified interior designer who believes in highly customized, people-focused solutions. She is a strong communicator who brings energy, vision, and the latest research in the planning and design of contemporary workplace environments. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, she ensures that the workspace—and the process used to create it—speak directly to an organization’s unique culture, values, and ROI goals.

Since joining SMRT in 2007, Jeana has become highly regarded for embracing change and motivating others to do the same. She stays on top of the latest global research informing the future of work and balances data and empathy to help organizations overcome the uncertainty of what comes next. Jeana is adept at creating workplace strategies and purpose-driven designs that meet each client’s unique needs.
